Mirriad Advertising plc, the leading in-content advertising company, was notified yesterday that Ms Kelsey Lynn Skinner, a Non-Executive Director of Mirriad, bought 12,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 May 2021, at a price of 53.4 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

As a result of the above transaction, Ms Kelsey Lynn Skinner now holds an interest of 12,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 278,991,891.
